Todd MosherPresident and CEO
Todd combines strong business management skills with an unmatched understanding of economic development and technology, cementing Zone 5's reputation in the region as a respected innovator and a great place to work. Todd founded Zone 5 in 1989 and has more than 20 years of experience in marketing and communications. Todd serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the NY Solar Energy Industries Association (NYSEIA) and on the Executive Board for the Capital Region Chapter of the American Marketing Association. Todd is also an active member of New Energy New York, the Center for Economic Growth and the Saratoga Economic Development Corporation. Todd leads our Technology and Economic Development practices and directs strategic marketing efforts for clients in those sectors.

Ray has more than 20 years of experience in higher education branding communications, working with more than 100 colleges and universities throughout the country. Ray has an unmatched talent for developing long-term client relationships and is dedicated to ensuring all client expectations are met from day one. At Zone 5, Ray takes a hands-on approach in monitoring every aspect of a project, from initial strategy through creative development and execution. Ray is a regular attendee at regional and national higher education conferences.

Spencer Raggio has more than 25 years in creative, deadline-driven environments. He joined Zone 5 in 2001 to build the firm's web development team, bringing a wide-ranging background that includes journalism, typography, network management, and graphic design. As Zone 5's web strategist Spencer has a hand in all things Internet, and is a strong advocate for simple, usable and elegant design solutions.
Alyssa McClenningDirector of PR and Social Media Strategy
Alyssa McClenning is an integral part of Zone 5's public relations and social media practices. Prior to joining us, Alyssa held a variety of communications positions in the public sector. From the second floor of the NYS Capitol to three years at The White House, she's written speeches, been on-the-record and rolled out national initiatives. She's worked a few local, state and national political campaigns, too.After her initial stretch in politics, Alyssa spent several years in the nonprofit world working as director of donor relations and events at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center and as a community relations liaison at The Hyde Collection.A native of upstate New York, Alyssa currently resides on a farm in Saratoga County.
Dave HomseyCreative Director
Dave Homsey's diverse set of design skills and strategy offers clients a perfect blend of know-how and talent. He leads the Zone 5 creative team on projects for Columbia-Greene Community College, SEMI, Healthcare Association of NYS, The DR Group, Clarkson University and Union College. He received his BA in Graphic Design from SUNY Binghamton and earned an MFA in Graphic Design from Boston University.
Dave ImbarratoCreative Director
Dave Imbarrato has versatile design skills, extensive knowledge of the production process, and a great eye. In his 23 years as a designer Dave has developed a clean, effective, innovative design vocabulary. In addition to creating unique design solutions, Dave contributes to the creative process with his writing skills. He is responsible for cracking the whip on quality and graphics standards at Zone 5, and utilizes his wealth of photographic experience as our in-house photographer.
Dennis Hudson is the CTO for Zone 5. His information technology career includes a more than twenty years with the company.
As Zone 5's first hire in 1990, Dennis has seen many changes in the industry and helped creative and account teams embrace the technologies they need to deliver great work for our clients. The evolution of Zone 5 from a darkroom to digital environment in the 1990s helped Zone 5 remain relevant at a time when service bureaus and design shops were closing. Zone 5 relies on that experience to help us embrace developing technologies in web, social media and enterprise management with an eye toward practicality and profitability.
His experience includes the infrastructure management, telecommunications, program office management, hardware and software support for web, desktop publishing and social media. But his talents go far beyond the traditional CTO role. Our creative teams have drawn on his technical abilities for many projects. His talent as a HAM radio enthusiast was tapped to develop custom "talking billboards." His fluency with web-based tools enables our research team to set up virtual focus group viewing rooms in hotels while live streaming sessions to clients remotely. And his watchful eye keeps Zone 5 secure 24/7 through a variety of video and sensor tools. Prior to Zone 5 Dennis was a specialist with Radio Shack for several years. He went to College too.
Dennis calls many places home. From the Capital Region to Inlet to Lake George, but he's most at home climbing a radio tower or on a snowmobile which he reminds us is colder than our server room.

Receiving a Master’s in Advertising at The University of Texas at Austin, Vicky acts not only as an Account Executive to the team but as our go-to member for all things research. Her dossier includes: writing discussion guides, recruiting participants, and leading focus groups in our on state-of-the-art facility. Vicky also develops, analyzes, and reports on survey data research to establish insights and trends in ways our clients can understand and apply. This central New Yorker has traveled to the south and back, and is happy to find her home right here in the Capital Region.
Brittany GilmanAccount Executive
Brittany recently joined Zone 5 as the newest Account Executive, extending her passion in advertising, marketing and communications to the firm's growing client roster. She previously worked at A&E Networks in Manhattan, bringing a distinct ability to creatively communicate business objectives in an entertaining manner under tight deadlines. While at A&E Networks, Brittany was the behind-the-scenes voice of hit Lifetime television shows such as Drop Dead Diva, Devious Maids, Kim of Queens, Witches Of East End and Bring It! She worked with A-list talent to support their respective programs in unique ways while overseeing the strategic & creative direction for a myriad of social & digital campaigns. Besides helping to grow ratings overall, her shows were also consistent top performers on the Nielsen Social Guide. Before Brittany’s departure from Lifetime, she maintained the spot for #1 social show on television on Wednesday nights for over a month consecutively for her title, Bring It! Prior to Lifetime, Brittany worked in start-up and agency settings using social and digital platforms to build relationships for businesses, organizations and individuals mostly on a B-to-C level. She’s an out-of-the-box thinker with the unique ability of capturing the personality of local and national brands, and translating that tonality to clever copywriting & consistent brand messaging across platforms. Brittany is a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) with a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and Marketing Communications. After earning her degree and living in New York City for five years, she returned to her hometown of Albany, NY to continue her career in marketing & advertising while enjoying a better quality of life.
